Langleybury and The Grove Development Brief

The Council has prepared a draft development brief for Langleybury and The Grove. The brief identifies the unique characteristics of each site and sets out parameters for future development and types of uses which may be appropriate on each site.

The brief is available to download below and copies are also available to view at the Council Offices in Rickmansworth and at libraries in the District. You may also request a copy of the document by email trldf@threerivers.go.uk

We would welcome your comments on the draft brief which should be received no later than 5pm on 5 April 2012. Comments may be made in writing to The Development Plans Team, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 1RL or by email to: trldf@threerivers.gov.uk

All responses received will inform a final brief. Once agreed by the Council, this final brief will be a material planning consideration when determining any future planning application(s) on the sites.
