Council tenants in Three Rivers voted in favour of transferring the ownership and management of their homes to Thrive Homes.

The services provided by Thrive Homes includes:

• Housing Tenancies and Rents
• Home Improvements and Repairs
• Housing Transfers and Mutual Exchange Scheme
• Sheltered Accommodation
• Supporting People
• Right To Buy
• Tenant Participation

Three Rivers District Council is still responsible for dealing with the following housing services:

• Homelessness
• Applications for social housing
• Garage lettings
• Housing Benefits
