Hotel booking auction for Red Cross

Cllr Spellen is auctioning a four star, 2 person, double bedroom hotel booking for Birmingham for the evenings of Sunday 17 and Monday 18 October.
All funds raised will go the British Red Cross, for which Cllr Spellen is fundraising during his year of office.
