| To update members on the progress of the Integrated Works Programme (IWP) for 2007/08.

10. | HERTFORDSHIRE HIGHWAYS INTEGRATED WORKS PROGRAMME AND FORWARD WORKS PROGRAMME

| To inform the Panel of the finalised version of the ‘Delivery Programme’ of IWP schemes planned for implementation within the local area in 2008/2009. To present to the Panel the current version of the ‘Preparation Programme’ - those schemes that will be investigated or designed during 2008/09 with a view to construction during 2009/10 or later and to seek the Panel’s input on this programme. To present to the Panel the current version of the Forward Works Programme (FWP) of schemes under consideration for 2009/10 to 2012/13 and to seek the Panel’s input on this programme (note that the Preparation Programme forms part of the FWP). To inform the Panel of some revised arrangements for the delivery of IWP schemes in 2008/09.
