The Panel welcomes contributions from members of the public to its discussion on agenda items.  Contributions will be limited to one person speaking for and one against each item for not more than three minutes.  Please note that, in the event of registering your interest to speak on an agenda item but not taking up that right because the item is deferred, you will automatically be given the right to speak on that item at the next meeting of the Panel.  Details of the procedure and the list for registering the wish to speak will be available for a short period before the meeting.

SECTION 106 DEVELOPER (SECTION 106) CONTRIBUTIONS

 

 

 

This report advises the Panel of schemes which are funded by existing S106 contributions and new developments which have recently been added to the list that have contributions available.

At the last meeting Members agreed to see only new unallocated S106 contributions for discussion on possible use.

10.

INTEGRATED WORKS PROGRAMME, DRAFT 2 PREPARATION PROGRAMME 2012/13 AND FORWARD WORKS PROGRAMME 2012/13 TO 2016/17

 

 

 

To present to the Highways Joint Member Panel (HJMP) the current version of the 2012/13 ‘Preparation Programme’ – Draft 2 of the 2012/13 Integrated Works Programme (IWP) – being those schemes that are being investigated and designed during 2011/12 with a view to implementation within the local area in 2012/13.

To present to the HJMP the current version of the Forward Works Programme (FWP) of schemes planned for 2013/14 to 2016/17 and to seek the Panel’s input on this programme.

This report advises the Panel of the performance of Hertfordshire Highways in the District of Three Rivers.

LOCAL SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT FUND

 

 

 

To inform the Panel of:

  • The award by the Department of Transport (DfT) of £1.99m to Hertfordshire County Council for 2011/12 from the Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF).
  • The short-listing by the DfT fo the County Council’s stage 2 bid of £10.755 for 2012/13 and 2014/15.

“That under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined under paragraphs (1-7) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.”  It has been decided by the Council that in all the circumstances the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
