If you need to contact the Council in an emergency the telephone number is 01923 776611. During working hours (8am to 6pm Mon to Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) you will be connected to our Customer Services Centre. Outside of these hours your call will be automatically transferred to the Council’s out of hours service who can provide assistance or advice, with emergency situations only.
