Standard Official Search (LLC1 plus CON29R)
Residential: £65.00
Non-Residential: £90.00
Fees are charged on the basis that questions are requested at the same time as CON29R. If questions are submitted other than with CON29R, an additional administration fee will be charged. Please contact the Land and Property Information Section for relevant charges.
CON29O: Each enquiry £10.00 (Q.22 Commons Registration: £20.00)
CON29R Additional Parcels: £10.00 each
Additional Questions by Solicitors submitted with Searches: £10.00 each
CON29R only: Residential £50.00 / Non-Residential £75.00
Maximum CON29R fee subject to negotiation.
LLC1 only: £15.00 (both Residential and Non-Residential)
Search in one part of the Register only: £10.00
Each subsequent part of the Register: £1.00 to a total of £15.00
LLC1 Additional Parcels: £5.00
Maximum LLC1 fee subject to negotiation
