Croxley Green Local Area Forum
Date:
19 September 2006
A meeting of the Croxley Green Local Area Forum will take place on Thursday 28 September at 7.30pm.
The meeting, which is open to all residents in the area and is attended by local Councillors and other representatives, is an opportunity to discuss issues affecting the Croxley Green area.
The main topics on the agenda for the September meeting are the proposed housing developments on the IMC and Duke of York sites.
Chair of the meeting, Councillor Brian White, says:
"Local Area Forums are a great way to discuss issues that affect your local area directly with local Councillors and other representatives. It's important that the Council is aware of what residents think about different issues and Local Area Forums are just one of the ways to have your say. Don't forget that most Council meetings are open to the public, plus you can of course contact your local Councillor directly."
The meeting is being held at Harvey Road Primary School from 7.30pm and all are welcome.
The District Council has six Local Area Forums, for Abbots Langley, Chorleywood, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Sarratt, and Watford Rural, which each meet at least once a year.
