Contacting the Council

You can contact Council staff by telephone by calling our Callcentre on 01923 776611.  The Callcentre is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

You can contact Council staff in person by visiting our One Stop Shop at Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth Herts  WD3 1RL.  The One Stop Shop is open for visitors from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays)
