Community Safety
The Three Rivers Community Safety Partnership works together to prevent and reduce crime and disorder, the Partnership is made up of:
Three Rivers District Council,
Hertfordshire Constabulary,
Hertfordshire County Council,
NHS Hertfordshire,
Herts Fire and Rescue Service,
Thrive Homes,
Hertfordshire Probation Service
Herts Police & Crime Commisioner
In February 2012 the Partnership produced a strategic assessment document to help it identify local priorities for action.
Using this assessment the partnership developed the following priority areas for action:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Criminal damage (including fires)
- Burglary dwelling
- Vehicle crime
- Domestic violence
- Drug and alcohol misuse (including underage drinking)
- Graffiti
The 2012/13 Community Safety Strategy and action plan shows how the partnership plans to tackle these priorities. A copy of the strategy and action plan can be downloaded below:

A - Medequip offer home security surveys and improvements as well as a falls prevention service. They can be contacted on 0208 438 2920
