Housing and Council Tax Benefit is paid by the Council to its customers. Benefits are for those people who have a low income. The Council is committed to ensuring that benefits are delivered to those who have a true entitlement to them.
We want you to take an active role by advising Three Rivers about any person you feel may be receiving benefit which they are not entitled to.
We have a team of professional investigators who prevent, detect and deter fraudsters on a daily basis. Much of the team's work is a direct response to the information provided by the public.
